Upper Chin Fractures

Fracture can effect only upper chin or it can be also with nose and eye structures. Fractures with mostly zeugmatic bone are fixed by entering from inside of the mouth’ under the eye and from temporal area inside of the hairy skin. Corrected bones are fixed with titanium plaque screws. Chins are clamped together with wires and rubbers for teeth to be straight (occlusion) on the upper and lower chin.
